Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless service delivery across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities


  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels while ensuring professional communication
  • Process and track customer orders accurately, providing timely follow-ups and updates
  • Maintain and update customer records using CRM systems such as QuickBooks and Zoho
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in customer service (hospitality experience is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as QuickBooks and/or Zoho with strong computer literacy
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
NGN 250,000 – 300,000 Monthly
